The location of this guesthouse is perfect, with plenty of places to eat and drink just a stone's throw away. the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, and they made my stay even more enjoyable.
There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the WiFi was a bit unreliable at times, although it worked fine most of the time.

Fairly clean hotel, pleasant staff & marvellous location to the 'Download' festival which was extremely helpful. Location next to Loughborough University, Loughborough, East Midlands Airport and Nottingham, and a good cafe. For tea or coffee visit Chocalatte nearby.

We loved the central location of this hotel. It was right next to a supermarket and close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a fridge to keep our snacks for the next day. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Cannot find any fault.

For Easter, we decided to stay at a guest house in the area. the breakfast was really good and the people were nice. We also appreciated the location as it was close to the airport and near the motorway. we enjoyed the fact that there were many options of pubs nearby.
We didn't have a good night's sleep due to the strong sound of pipes hitting against the walls. Sometimes this was so loud that we thought there was someone in the room.

Convenient location close to supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants. Free on-street parking available after 6pm. The owner was extremely helpful and even gave me an en-suite room when I didn't expect it. The room had all the expected amenities such as TV, kettle, and tea/coffee supplies.
Shared toilet facilities, although conveniently located, were not always ideal during busy times. The WiFi could be a little unreliable at times.

The location was perfect, very convenient to visit the nearby attractions. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The fridge was a nice touch, we could store our snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The shared bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but understandable considering the price. The noise level was higher than expected, we could hear people walking in the hallway and talking outside.
